To managed all Microsoft 365 & associated tools within Australia & New Zeal&: Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, Intune, Forcepoint, Veritas Archiving, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint, along with management & optimization for M365 licensing. HIRING Microsoft 365 Engineer Local Malaysian Citizen Only Permanent Position Salary Budget: RM 10k max p/m JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist in the deployment of M365 tools for the Pacific IT region. Ensure that IT Services managed by the M365 Engineer are delivered effectively to business customers. This includes the execution of SOPs, management of IT Incidents, IT Changes & IT Problems in ITSM based system on the related processes, procedures & work instructions. Identify opportunities to innovate, extend & enhance service delivery everywhere possible; ITIL approach to resolve technical problems. Troubleshoot occurring issues, investigating root causes & supporting resolution of the issues found; Serves as escalation point for application support & troubleshooting, provides guidance & direction in resolution of escalated issues &/or complex production, application or system problems; Oversee daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity & availability of all involved infrastructure elements. Ensure that the performance, scalability, backups & security are maintained & optimized; Deliver quality documentation allowing for smooth day-to-day operations; Improve existing processes through sustainable solutions to recurring problems & enhancements to existing solutions or documentation by automation; Contact to vendor technical support for Priority 1 incidents; Cooperate closely with the rest of IT Infrastructure & Operations, Architecture & Security teams. Build & administer the M365 Exchange environment & its associated services on a global geo-redundancy setup including Azure; Schedule, automate & manage patching for servers & clients using native Azure tools. Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell scripting; Assist in projects by mapping changes, improve & analyze changes, introduce plan to be decided upon. Always taking company quality policies into account & working towards targets. Following procedures & instructions within the Management systems, ensuring that we offer the right quality, sustainable development & product security. If necessary, develop or change SOPs, FAQs, policies & processes in relation to own responsibility & positions. Ensuring fast incident correction in cases that may involve quality errors or environmental problems. Ensuring that products that reach our customers meet the expected quality & safety. Other tasks as directed by the Regional IT Infrastructure Manager AU/NZ. Demonstrated experience of M365 / 0365 in an enterprise environment including managing O365, Exchange & Teams Knowledge of Microsoft Security using Active Directory, Azure AD, & Office 365 Online groups Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop & Azure Active Directory Experience with technology transition & transformation activities, & managing risk during implementation Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Internet Explorer, & network concepts Project management experience implementing & maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions that focus on workflow, document management, & content creation for web-focused business teams Experience in the development of technical & user documentation, including solution documentation & bills of materials Advanced scripting & development skills using PowerShell Demonstrated focus on customer service skills & ability to communicate clearly & effectively to a wide variety of audiences Ability to multi-task & set priorities within tight timelines & high client expectations
