Role summary:
The Motion Graphics Artist is responsible for producing cross-platform content for broadcast and video. You will be based within our post-production department working closely with our production staff on a variety of projects to consult on, design artwork for, and build broadcast-ready media.
You will need to be able to take a brief from conception though to delivery as well as understand production and technical constraints. Working within a larger team of designers, editors and compositors, you will be required to produce work to a consistently high creative standard.
The position requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual who can create and inspire in equal measure. The right candidate will consistently seek out new software and plugins with the intention of building creatively for a solid client base.
Requirements:

• Develop creative ideas from conceptualisation through to production
• A strong ability to work to specification and tight deadlines
• Candidates must be dedicated, punctual and have a strong work ethic
• A keen ability to learn and develop both personally and as the lead GFX Designer in a team

Essential Experience & Skills Required

• 3-5 years of experience working as a motion graphics designer in a broadcast environment
• Adobe Production Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect), plus Red Giant & Mocha plug-ins
• Strong creative sense in graphic design, motion graphics and VFX
• A good grasp of post-production processes and services for broadcast
• A strong working knowledge of Mac OSX and digital workflows
• Bonus: Premier Pro skills, AI apps (Nano Banana, VEO, Runway)
• Fluent English, other languages a plus
• Showreel required
