Job Description

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Several years (e.g. 2-5 years) of experience in SQL Server database administration Solid knowledge of T-SQL, query optimization, indexing, execution plans Experience with backup/restore strategies and recovery models Good understanding of Windows Server, OS, storage, networking Experience in monitoring & alerting tools (native and/or third party) Ability to write scripts / automation (PowerShell, jobs, etc.) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Good communication skills; ability to work with application developers and IT operations Desirable: certifications (e.g. Microsoft, SQL Server-related) Bonus / nice-to-have: experience in cloud (Azure SQL, AWS RDS), SSIS, SSRS
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM400.00 - RM500.00 per day

Work Location: In person
