Multiskill Technician ( Mechanical)
Job Description
i. Resolve HVAC and ACMV system problem; ii. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, control and lighting systems, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools; iii. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools; iv. Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment; v. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers; vi. To carry out preventive maintenance work & attend service requests according to the Service Level Agreement; vii. To submit daily reports to the Regional Office; viii. To update outstanding work status to the Regional Office and follow up until work completion; ix. To provide feedback & communicate with end-users on the work status; x. To attend operations meetings and roll calls as required; xi. To keep documentation/filing for Service Work orders, Daily Reports, etc.; and xii. To multitask, as and when necessary, that involves duties related to other disciplines. URGENT HIRING!!
