People Technology & Solutions People Project Management Office Technology enablement - from sourcing to implementation System maintenance and support Digital solution design, develop and maintenance on solutions using technology; data extraction and reporting; project management

Role & Reponsibilities

Project/Task - New Features/Enhancement

  • Collaborates with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term information department and system objectives; develops a plan to enhance current HR process, modules, and systems (Workday) to meet those objectives.
  • Collaborates with other analysts and HR staff to plan, modify, and customize the Workday and to test new applications and features.
  • Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation.
  • Provides user training and hands-on support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Workday Adoption
  • Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the Workday application\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b

HR Data Support
  • Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the HR director and other company leaders.\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Digitalization : Identifies, recommends, and programs custom automation and digitalization and innovation using Microsoft O365 ( SharePoint/PowerAutomate/PowerAPP/PowerBI )
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of Workday applicati.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in computer engineering or any IT-related discipline
Language: Proficiency in English;
Experience in supporting / lead a system enhancement/implementation
Experience: Four (4) years of work experience in human resources information systems, information technology or related areas. Experience in solution development and implementation
