Duties/Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with other HR staff and organizational leadership to identify process improvement with existing enterprise collaboration tools in the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement digital way of work and process using O365 / Automation tools to help the organization improve efficiency and productivity \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to develop a measurement process to monitor and track the utilization and productivity after implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifies, recommends, and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborates with other analysts and HRIS staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides user training and hands-on support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to keep information confidential. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient with Microsoft Office365 , SharePoint , RPA or related software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems
