Responsibilities:

• Attending to user fronting and back-office processing works via online chat, support email, CS voice support, or tickets in relation to the following matters.
• Handling pre-online booking enquires, post-online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation.
• Checking booking status.
• Payment or Refund Escalation.
• App or web user guide and feature support.
• Contacting vendors about customers\' inquiries.

Requirements:

• At least holding an associate degree and/or expected graduate (documents required)
• Required language(s): Korean (mother tongue) / English (business level)
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
• Applicant must be willing to work in rotational shift (operation hours: Mon-Sun/ 5 days in a week, 8am - 5pm) **can be changed according to business**
• Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fast both in Korean and English.
• Able to work in Malaysia (Ara Damansara)
• Able to join 6th March 2023

Work Hours:
5 days rotational shift (Mon to Sun) | 8 am - 5 pm (fixed schedule)

Remuneration:
Basic salary RM 8,500 + KPI up to RM 400 (depends on performance)
