Act as 1st Level Support & Troubleshooting
Communicate with customers and partners to resolve issues
Communicate closely with 2nd & 3rd Level engineer teams to resolve the issue
Escalated/updated accordingly if any severity event occurred according to the process and procedures
Participate in the Incident Management and Problem Management processes to follow up production issues and root cause analysis, resolution, and reporting
Maximize network availability by monitoring performance and troubleshooting network degradation and outages
Prepare technical reports such as RFO, RCA, weekly reports, and monthly reports
Qualifications
Years of Experience (Min.) : 0 \xe2\x80\x93 1 Years
Required Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Others will be advantages)
Have a basic understanding of LAN Architecture
Have knowledge of networking technologies (WAN, IP, Wi-Fi, Cables, Patch Cord, VoIP)
Team player person & willing to explore further to improve knowledge and skills
Able to work on a shift basis
Able to work under pressure & minimum supervision
Strong communication & customer management skills
