Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Taking calls from customers

Addressing questions and concerns reported by callers

Providing level 2 and 3 support for network incidents, service requests, and escalations.

Monitoring network performance and implementing proactive measures to optimize performance

Troubleshooting network issues and performing root cause analysis

Ensure updates into ticketing system are accurate and complete with appropriate details

Attending additional training programs that will be provided and organized by the Company

Other related duties as assigned

Skills and experience required:

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 2 years of experience in NOC and network

Proficient in monitoring tools and software

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to manage and prioritize incidents following established procedures

Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders during incident escalation

Strong documentation skills to maintain record of incidents and actions taken

Able to work in a rotational shift schedule including nights and weekends

Ability to prioritise completing tasks and escalate as needed

Analyse performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize the network or system

Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and server hardware advantageous

Motivated self-starter capable of working on individual tasks as well as team-oriented tasks
