Responsible for end-to-end service qualification including but not limited to Traffice QOS Monitoring, Manual Phone testing and Route Adjustment.
Capable of performing Fault Analysis and troubleshooting through support portal.
Correspond with customer and provide updates in accordance to standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with customer to facilitate efficient troubleshooting process.
Criteria :
Must possess at least a
DIPLOMA
or
BACHELOR
in
COMPUTER SCIENCE
, or any related fields.
Able to work in shifts [Working for 4 days per week] !!*
