• Position: Ocean Freight Services Officer.
• Salary: RM 3000-4000.

This is a international logistics provider with worldwide network across 5 continents. In Malaysia, they provide consolidation and forwarding of ocean freight, Customs brokerage, transportation and warehousing. In this connection, Chrisjac Recruitment is currently working with this international logistics company in seeking passionate professionals to work in their main business operations center in Kelana Jaya in PJ.
About the freight job
As the Freight Services Officer, you will be working within a close and supporting team environment. Overall, you will be providing your assigned clients base guiding them through a seamless shipping and logistics process and be the link between both internal departments and external service providers. The role will involve coordinating effort in handling shipments, from freight bookings. allocations, to final delivery and cargo received at destinations.
Who are the candidates considered suitable?
The ideal candidates world have a proven track records of some 1-3 years of freight operations experience in handling exports and/or imports sector.
Candidates for this role will require excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and accurate comprehend information is imperative as you will liaise with a variety of stakeholders to collectively produce the desired outcome for the clients.
