Job Description

Female and own a Transportation Diploma in civil engineering @ Diploma in building construction or other related field Accurately update daily project costs using Microsoft Excel. Prepare bills of quantities, quotations, and payment vouchers for clients. Prepare required documents for claim submissions, including progress reports, invoices, and delivery orders. Source and compare to find the most suitable prices for items. Manage the company's e-procurement system (training will be provided). Attend site visits when required (mileage claims will be provided). Prepare work permits and other necessary documents as required by the client

Working Hours


Monday - Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm (Rest 1:00pm-2:00pm)

Saturday : 8:30am - 1:00pm
Probation : 3 Months
