Job Responsibilities



Support daily administrative tasks related to staffing and manpower operations Post job ads on job portals and social media Coordinate and schedule part-time staff for events, hospitality, and retail assignments Track attendance and help arrange replacements when needed Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates Maintain and update candidate records

Job Requirements



Good organisational and communication skills Proactive and able to work independently Able to multitask and manage schedules well
