Daily job duties and responsibilities include:
Answering client & vendor calls, liaising with sales department.
Handle daily accounting entries, invoicing, and receipts.
Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, service providers and internal departments when required.
Maintaining computer systems by updating and entering data.
Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing invoices.
Ensure office supplies and basic operations run smoothly
Perform other ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned.
Work Schedule :
Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM.
Location :
Teaffani Catering HQ, Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
Requirements:
Must be
Fluent in written & spoken English

Minimum
1-2 years
working experience in accounts/admin role
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and IT software literate
High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
Confident, highly self motivated and well-groomed
Must possess own transport.
Trustworthy, responsible, and well-organized
