Job Description


1. Assist in preparing tendering document and ensure that it is relevant, timely, accurat and addresses customer specifications or meet the appropriate expectations.
2. Assist in ensuring accurate billing information and monthly payment collection
3. Responsible for data entry and document filling
4. To prepare bills, invoices, delivery order and receiving documents
5. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
