Job Description


To assist on official travel management Managing all correspondence and registry as well as sorting administration emails. Assist in planning and arranging events, including planning refreshments To handle reception area and visitor\'s management Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary Assisting to raise Purchase Request (PR) for other business units as and when required Provide support to the office administrative functions, which include undertaking clerical duties, photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed Manages outgoing post and record data on deliveries Maintains stock list and order office supplies as needed On-going Process \xe2\x80\x93 Maintains accurate records for incoming and outgoing correspondences Ensure enough stationery/pantry for office use \xe2\x80\x93 inventory control Work under the general supervision of the Office Administrator and in close coordination in office management Assist in compiling newspaper clipping Ensure Vendor List and response letter is up to date.
