to be the welcoming face of our organization and ensure a seamless daily office experience for our team and guests.
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist visitors with warmth, professionalism, and poise.
Manage front desk operations -- calls, messages, appointments, and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy, elegant office environment that reflects Iseigur's brand aesthetics.
Support administrative coordination for meetings, travel, and events.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Handle basic hospitality -- refreshments, guest coordination, and meeting room setup.
Requirements
Must be able to speak
Chinese, English, and Malay
Have experience in front desk, reception, or office administration (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
-- confident in interacting with guests and colleagues at all levels.
