Position TitleOfficer, Property & MaintenanceReport ToAssistant Manager Property & MK Operations Resource PlanningPosition SummaryThe role requires a highly skilled Property Technician with expertise in air conditioning systems, electrical maintenance, and civil works. Responsibilities include monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and electrical infrastructure, as well as performing civil maintenance tasks to ensure the property operates smoothly and safely. This position involves hands-on work, diagnosing problems, and collaborating with external contractors as needed.Key Accountability

• Ensure that departmental quality objectives are met.
• Maintain the serviceability of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Material Handling Cargo System (MHCS) machines, and weight scales.
• Comply with all Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements and any relevant company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with the requirements of statutory and regulatory bodies, such as the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
• Responsible for maintaining the overall serviceability of property facilities at MABKargo and the cargo agent complex.
• Assist with inventory management and procurement for cargo operations across companywide

Qualification & Working Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate Management, or a technical field related to Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Candidates with STPM, DVM, SPM/SPMV, or a higher qualification in any technical discipline are also eligible
• 5 years of experience in the maintenance and engineering filed

Area of Experience

• Electrical, Ventilation and Air conditioning or Civil or Mechanical .
