Job Description

Location: Ara Damansara Contract length: 12 + 12 months \xe2\x80\xa2 To update & manage purchaser\xe2\x80\x99s individual file. \xe2\x80\xa2 To arrange for purchaser\xe2\x80\x99s appointment for the handing over of keys. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out handing over of keys process. \xe2\x80\xa2 To create cases for handing over and defects rectification works in online portal system, and to update/close the cases. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise and coordinate with the purchasers, Technical Supervisor, Inspector of Works and Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s representative and also inter-departmental with regards handing over of keys, complimentary gift, complaints, defect works, and fully furnished ID works. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage and update data in online portal system with regards to handing over, defects, and complaints matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 To produce statistic data and assist superior in reporting progress. \xe2\x80\xa2 To reply to purchasers\xe2\x80\x99 email and to prepare draft of outgoing correspondence to customer for superior\xe2\x80\x99s review. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out administrative works such as preparation and sending out emails/letter/form/payment to external/internal parties for purchasers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other works related to customer service as and when instructed by superior. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / Degree in related disciplines (preferably civil engineering qualification). \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 - 5 years in relevant working experience / customer support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certification on Customer Relation Management is an added advantage.
