You are responsible for comprehensive management of the Foreign Worker renewal and new hire processes. You need to be a resourceful strong communicator which is proficient in foreign worker application process.Your responsibilities will be:

  • To own overall ownership of Foreign Worker renewal process, including FOMEMA Arrangement, Income Tax Clearance, purchasing flight tickets and completion process up to arriving in source country.
  • To manage the process of Foreign Worker new hire and ensure effective induction to the company including preparation of Letter of employment and other supporting documents required.
  • To handle filing and all application/personal data forms and maintain the data into the system.
  • To handle application of calling visa, Immigration related matters, FWCMS, JTK, IRB and Airport clearance
  • Able to handle large group of application of Foreign Workers
  • Willing to travel and work offsite \xe2\x80\x93 (travelling to Immigration State Office, Income tax, JTK, Airport and etc)
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you!Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business management or equivalent work experience.Expertise and know-how: 2-3 years of experience in foreign worker management. Knowledge related to Foreign Worker compliance in terms of RBA and Government requirements. Proficiency in using HR software and toolsPersonality: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be passionate on your role. Proactive and adaptable to changing environments.Way of working: Result orientation and ability to work self-directed.Language: Good in English and Malay in both written and verbal.Additional InformationYour future of job location offers you:
