Job Description
:
Capable to manage the following:
- Ensure operational issue of the process outsources to vendor to be completed within the timeline.
- Execute the key activities in Card Vendor Ops (Redirection Card / Destruction Card / Return Card, etc)
- Validate daily, weekly and monthly report submitted by Vendors (Outsourcing Service Provider (OSP) & Delivery Service Provider (DSP))
- Monitoring, Preparing Blank Card & Stationery Stock at Perso Vendors
- Manage new process or ad hoc project outsourcing and to ensure project complete within timeline
- Monitor Vendor Performance and entertain any complaint from CIMB Branches, CRU Team, Card Service Center, etc
- Entertain any breach of SLA / Incident Management by Vendors.
- Preparing Monthly Operation Reports (SLA / CX / Delivery Card, etc)
- Conduct Monthly Operational Meeting with Buss Unit and vendors
- To assist and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors
- Monitor contractual agreements for all vendors
- To perform any other responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
