Sorting out parcels and application received from customer / sales and update in system.
To review documentation provide by customer / sales to do screening according to company sector for documentation as different company sector require different type of set of documentations.
To perform signature verification against customer application and bank system.
To maintain correct pricing for customer who entitle for campaign promotion.
Verify, Authorize and Process RTB application registration based on information from related systems or physical instruments accurately and within SLA.
Manage and arrange the delivery of the RTB Registration related documents or products to customers efficiently.
Manage and follow-up with Clients and Sales Team on necessary required information and issue related matter via email or telecon.
Plan, manage and monitor the supply chain of the RTB application related products to ensure adequate stock balance.
Prepare and review month-end or adhoc management reports as and when required.
Verify, authorize and process payments accurately and promptly based on information from various channels or communications instruments.
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality external and internal customers experience.
Implement new strategies and processes to support the expanding business.
Initiate changes to manage adherence to work schedule and standard operation procedure.
Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
