• Plan, manage and supervise daily security operations and deployment of security personnel.
• Monitor, coordinate and supervise OPEX and CAPEX expenses assign and within budget.
• Enforce compliance with HSSE and security requirements onsite such as SEMS, LSR and SGR.
• Conduct security assessment and audits, SERA, UAUC, CSR as directed.
• Surveillance in responding to emergency situations and providing crisis intervention.
• Recognise sensitive information, data and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Work closely with RCO for security operation, implementation and planning of all trainings and resources made available.
• Gather and Supervise security intelligence, incident and support emergency response and submit escalate the necessary report.
• Able to master and coach Physical Security Technology system (PSTS) and its various components like Access Control system, Perimeter Intrusion Detection/CCTV / Surveillance system, drone manning, familiar with operations of drone surveillance as appropriate, SEACE. Visitor\'s Management system, Guard Tour system, improving and updating SOP database, conducting training to fellow colleagues on PSTS.
• Able to master and coach Command Centre Operations (CCO) and its various functions including problem solving through information gathering, fast decision-making skill and action, communication skills, leadership skill, crisis management skill, enhancing escalation procedures/SOP, establishing rapport with internal/external stockholder like Govt PRGM, crisis/emergency bodies, conducting training to fellow colleagues on CCO.
• Enhance strategic partnerships with government/state and other security agencies, law enforcements/authorities and relevant stakeholders including the local communities for best practices and improvements.

• To perform all tasks in line with the Corporate Security and the HSSE roles and responsibilities procedure.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Public Administrative, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, International Relations or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant working experience.
• Experience and knowledge in relevant acts, regulations & policies, conduct investigation, firearms, policing duties, firefighting, foot drills and self-defense will have an added advantage.
• Strong command and communication skills.
• Disciplined with no criminal record.
