Your contribution to something big!

Administrative Support:

Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the GM inclusive but not limited to

  • Handling the GM\'s daily routine eg calendar, meeting, appointments
  • Act as a key liaison point with external parties, ensuring smooth and accurate communications
  • Screen and handle phone calls, enquiries and requests
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, e-mail, for action and follow up
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staffs, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority:
  • Organizing and attending meetings: ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings & taking dictation and minutes
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, business reports and presentation slides
  • Maintaining office system, including data management, filing, office equipments & office cleanliness
  • Commercial support: Pricing database system entry and other administrative support
Travel Coordinator
  • Managing GM\'s travel schedule, reservation of accommodation, flight and transfer service and expense claim
Others:
  • Compliance matters e.g gratuity forms & Web Base Training for direct report of GM
  • Manage company petrol card distribution, renewal & termination
  • To undertake special assignments & ad hoc functions and events
Qualifications

What Bosch Rexroth is looking for!
  • Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experience in related field.
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written is a must
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skill, Planning, and Organization Skills.
  • Detailed Oriented and Resourceful
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with ability to work in dynamic work environment and cross functional team.
  • Good in analytical thinking, proactive and having customer oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Digital Platforms (MS Teams, share drive etc.) and systems (SAP etc.)
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner.
