To complete all tasks assigned to Sales Ops within Service Level Agreement: New signup account verification according to verification guidelines Support Customer by completing Perform task Form (PTF) submitted to Credit Manager Complete user creations, deletion and reset password for CTOSNet, Telco and CM subscriber Updating change of address, phone number, telephone number, person in charge in Salesforce, Credit Manager, CTOSNet and Automated Responder (AMR) Update offer and setup extension in Salesforce all group package offer, special package Verify received termination or immediate termination request and update in Salesforce Reply all emails sent to emrops@cmctos.com.my MotorNet (MTR) renewal and new MTR subscriber updated in MTRnet by extending expiry date in AMR CCRIS updated for exiting accounts To support customer for mass eTR upload or mass delisting for CM and AMR Delist eTR as instructed by Audit Team Send signed copy of physical contract to customer that subscribed using physical contract Verification, user creation and deletion for CTOSID Guard and CMS Verify on Non SME oppportuities (LOD)
