Position TitleOfficer.ML - KLIA Branch - Trucking Ops \xe2\x80\x8eReport ToExecutive.ML - KLIA Branch - Trucking OpsPosition SummaryThe role is to manage daily reporting of the Wet Lease Trip Revenue for Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KULAP) including other stations such Johor Bahru and Penang. The roles also need to involved in logistics and operations internal audit process such as Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE).Key Accountability

• Preparing daily reporting and need to be submitted to Executive, Trucking Operations and highlighting any issue arising for the day.
• To provide updating on the Wet Lease trip Revenue, Trucking Total Spending (wet lease truck) on daily basis to ensure that records and well maintain
• Prepare fuel usage of trucks and forklift by Trucking and Forwarding Department according to the checklist provided on daily basis including handover booking trucks by Sales, Group Procurement Services (GPS) also other external customer records.
• Prepare trucking roster to meet logistic and operations requirement for the day to ensure that the truckers is comply to the requirement of Collective Agreement (CA)
• To ensure logistics operations is comply with Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) assessment standards ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

• Minimum SPM/SPMV, DVM, STPM or any equivalent
• 1 - 2 years related experience

• Knowledge on all import and export Malaysia Custom Regulation and clearance skill.
• Knowledgeable to handle KRISS (Key Revenue Integrated System), PC system and others system which related on daily Operation.
• Knowledgeable on Airline Cargo Handling skill.
• Knowledgeable to handle Superior and subordinate requirement using the available resources.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, pleasant personality and positive attitude to work pressures.
