Responsibilities

• We are looking for a highly motivated, positive-minded Customer Service Executive at our warehouse based at Puchong
• Understand company products and brands, Deliver professional customer service experience
• Answering customer questions and enquiry at our online stores. Solving customer problem
• Proactively identify customers\' needs, delivering service and satisfaction. In addition attends to their feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
• Develop professional rapport with the customers and build positive brand loyalty
• Monitoring customer reviews to ensure all customers are happy
• Assist in stocks monitoring and other administrative works.
• Manage other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned from time to time
• Helping in marketing task to increase company sales and increasing in traffics to sales conversion rates
• Display good team working attitude and behavior within the work environment and within other divisions in the company
