More info: https://www.zerohealthcare.com/ Work Location: 80, Jalan Puteri 5/1, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Map: https://goo.gl/maps/NvDXBW7qVsHFBub19 Position: Online Customer Service (2 vacancies) Main Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Replying customers & make appointment with potential customers via phone, social media platforms \xe2\x80\xa2 Following up with customers and send company product details to customers as requested (e.g. info/pic/video) \xe2\x80\xa2 Making appointment with customers to our showrooms \xe2\x80\xa2 Online closing in social media and process order \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing solutions to customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literacy (MS Excel & Google tools) \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate in Malay/English, prior experiences in dealing mandarin speaking customers is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 With online customer service experience is preferably; Those whose are interested in customer service/online sales role are welcomed as well \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work on weekend (WFH) and Public Holiday \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in night shift rotation: once/twice per week, required to work on 8pm -10pm (WFH) Other Info \xe2\x80\xa2 6 working days/week (1 day off in weekday), 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic Salary up to RM1700 (Depends on experience & suitability) \xe2\x80\xa2 Fixed Allowance provided (RM600 for first 3 mths) \xe2\x80\xa2 Entitled to sales commission for any online closing / showroom sales by appointment \xe2\x80\xa2 Attached under Sales & Marketing, Online Dept \xe2\x80\xa2 AL, Medical Leave, Full EPF/Socso/EIS, etc.
