• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
• Conducting the necessary follow-up to meet sales quotas.
• Address any questions or issues customers may encounter.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
• Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities.
• Update client records.
• Track and document calls and sales.
• Participating in any required training.
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
