Drive growth of MAYBELLINE on E-Commerce (Online platforms)
E-Commerce is a key focus area for the organization and for the Division. We aim to increase our business coming from platforms (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok). This role is a conduit between Brand Marketing and the Commercial team (driving sales) and sits within the Brand Marketing Team. Understanding the brand strategy for E-Commerce, developing plans appropriate for the channel and collaborating strongly with the Key Accounts in order to grow ahead of the category on E-Commerce.
