Monitor and execute operational strategies together with the General Manager to achieve outlet KPI targets.
Conduct regular operational audits and prepare detailed outlet performance assessment reports.
Maintain continuous communication with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and manage a proper maintenance schedule.
Achieve monthly sales targets and profit margins set by the company.
Monitor product quality, service speed, wastage control, inventory management, and portioning standards (Food Cost).
Assist in handling and monitoring customer complaints and perform necessary follow-up actions based on customer feedback (including Google Reviews).
Assist with operational tasks such as preparing tagging, menu materials, and promotional design.
Review staffing requirements and ensure grooming standards are consistently met across all outlets.
Retrieve and analyse data from the POS system at each outlet for stock control and performance review.
Monitor supplier pricing and participate in selecting suppliers that offer the best value.
Ensure accurate stock counts and control any discrepancies in inventory.
Prepare outlet performance reports and present them during the weekly operations meeting.
Ensure all outlets submit their respective reports within the stipulated deadlines.
