Job Description

:

Execute

all tasks assigned by the Operations Manager to ensure the

efficient functioning

of the outlet.

Oversee

and

supervise outlet staff

, ensuring

effective management

of

stock

levels and usage.

Monitor

and

manage

daily

business operations

and

staffing arrangements

at the outlet. Provide

coaching

and

training

to

outlet staff

on

customer service

and

product knowledge

. Demonstrate

strong motivational skills

to maintain staff engagement and performance. Apply

problem-solving skills

to resolve issues quickly, with basic knowledge of kitchen equipment. Review

outlet expenditures

and implement

proactive strategies

to ensure

financial targets

are achieved. Develop and

implement

growth strategies

and assist the Manager in

scheduling

and

time management

. Adapt to and tackle challenges as the business continues to grow and evolve. Be a dynamic individual eager to learn and grow alongside the company. Foster

collaboration

and

teamwork

across departments

and with other staff members.

Requirement:

Qualification in

Pastry and Bakery

,

Culinary Arts

, or any other related field Diploma in

Administrative

or

Hotel Management

. Minimum

1-2 years

of working

experience

in the

F&B industry.

Fresh Graduates

are encouraged to apply with

prior experience

working in any

F&B industry

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Excel)

is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
