Job Description

:

Carry out all duties assigned by the Operations Manager to support the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet. Supervise and manage outlet staff, ensuring proper stock control, monitoring, and efficient usage. Oversee daily outlet operations, including staffing coordination and operational arrangements. Coach and train outlet staff on customer service excellence and product knowledge. Motivate and engage team members to maintain high performance and positive morale. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, with a basic understanding of kitchen equipment. Monitor outlet expenses and implement proactive measures to achieve financial and business targets. Support the development and execution of growth initiatives, including scheduling and time management. Remain adaptable and proactive in addressing challenges as the business expands. Demonstrate a positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow with the company. Promote teamwork and effective collaboration across departments and among staff members.

Requirement:

Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Service Management, or a related discipline. At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preferably with prior experience in the F&B sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
