Requirements
The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the organisation's efficient operation. This includes performing clerical tasks, managing communications, scheduling meetings, organizing files and records, and maintaining the office environment. IT is also essential to know that you will also be learning some basic technical knowledge about the industry. We are open to discussing salary or anything you need depending on your skills, knowledge and experience. * High school diploma (SPM) or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and documents
  • Schedule installations and appointments as needed
  • Assist with data entry, filing, copying and other administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
  • Assist with special projects as needed
