Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer service or import/export role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Well communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and documentation requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
