• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Well communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and documentation requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Handling customer inquiries and requests related to export and import shipments in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth import clearance and delivery
• Monitoring and updating customers on the status of their export/ import shipments
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
