Job Description

A) Job Responsibilities



Quoting and Proposal Preparation:

a) Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients.

b) Ensure that quotes align with operational capabilities and cost structures.

c) Review and analyze pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Vendor Coordination for Printing, Installation, and Maintenance:

a) Liaise with external vendors for the printing of advertising materials, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.

b) Coordinate the installation of both digital and static advertisement sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

c) Oversee the maintenance schedules for all advertising sites, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Daily Site Updates and Reporting:

a) Capture high-quality pictures of advertising sites on a daily basis.

b) Update the office with visual reports, ensuring that all stakeholders have real-time access to the status of advertising campaigns.

c) Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of site pictures for reference and reporting purposes.

Floor Plan Development and Updates:

a) Develop detailed floor plans for advertising sites, indicating key specifications and dimensions.

b) Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to integrate site details into client proposals.

c) Update floor plans regularly to reflect changes in site availability, ensuring accuracy in client communications.

Operational Oversight:

a) Manage and streamline advertising operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

b) Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to align with company objectives.

c) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

a) Work closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to align operational strategies with business goals.

b) Foster strong communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration between departments.

c) Identify and implement process improvements to enhance interdepartmental workflows.

Vendor and Partner Management:

a) Cultivate and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners.

b) Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.

c) Evaluate and onboard new vendors to expand and improve operational capabilities.

Resource Allocation and Budgeting:

a) Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and technology, to optimize operational efficiency.

b) Collaborate with finance to develop and monitor budgets related to operations.

c) Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Technology Integration:

a) Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational processes.

b) Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of systems and tools.

c) Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and tools.

B) Reports and Meetings



1) Ensure timely submission of reports ie on weekly basis.

2) Attend all scheduled meetings or any other meetings scheduled by the company on time.
