Responsibilities
Support day to day trade activities such as updated daily and monthly sales report, pricing updated in system, maintaining information files and processing paperwork, analysis the sponsorship, entertainment has been incurred by the sales team vs actual sales.
Produces reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Handling calls for answer enquiry and complaint from customers, inform sales person any information updated by other department.
Check aging and print out statement and call customer chase for payment, inform updated information to customer and provide pricing details.
Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
Informs GM on the sales event or activities, outstanding issues with the related department.
Monthly sales trend analysis report for individual sales person / customer / Principal by products category
Closely monitor / follow up with purchasing the ordering stock delivery status.
Closely monitor the par level inventory for any ad-hoc sales activities.
Updates Customer Service department on Customer-Principal contract pricing from time to time to ensure pricing are updated for billing purposes.
Monthly submission of customer contract claims invoices to Purchasing Department for their claim submission to Principal.
Works closely with Sales Managers to get approval from Principal for special billing pricing for new customer cases and updates Customer Service for billing purposes.
