Requirements
  • Responsible and discipline
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in the related field.
  • Strong communication and writing in English and Malay.
  • Computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills \xe2\x80\x93 being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Responsibility
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
  • Monitor technician working progress, attendance, leaves.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
