Require Mandarin speaker as the position need to communicate with HQ China.
Diploma and above.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, accounting AUTOCOUNT system & internet platform.
Logistic background, e-commerce customer development background is highly preferable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork preparation and data entry.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day import/export operations activities, overseeing shipping documentation and workflow to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines according to customer requirements.
Prepare Bills of Lading (BL), Billing (Invoice), Shipping instructions (SI), Notices of arrival (NOA), Shipping orders, Delivery orders (DO), and other relevant documentation as needed for the smooth execution of import/export activities.
Manage pre-alerts and approvals, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are provided accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate smooth operations.
To monitor & carry out weekly, monthly physical stock count and report to immediate superior for variance with reason.
Liaise with the authorities to ensure the company licenses are updated.
