1. Work closely with outlet\xe2\x80\x99s manager and human resources to plan, organize and coordinate training to new employees, standard operating procedure (SOP), customer services and other related training to improve operation 2. Plan and organize product knowledge training to retail staff incorporation with respected product suppliers as required 3. Supervise specific training on each of the individual staff based on their performance report 4. Execute periodic outlet\xe2\x80\x99s assessment and compliance evaluation as required and produce a report to correct any findings on misconduct 5. Close monitoring with any issues raised by the retail outlets and able to work promptly and effectively to resolve the issues 6. Ensures proper maintenance and utilization of equipment in the retail branch through implementing effective maintenance program, monitoring equipment conditions and user practices to ensure safe and smooth operation 7. Work closely with IT department, branch managers, sales and marketing department and inventory department to ensure smooth operations on all matters related to operation 8. Work on the details of programmes proposal submitted (objective, timeline, location, manpower allocation, sales target and overall budget) by outlets and advice accordingly to improve efficiency on operational cost and output 9. Liaise with strategic partners and vendors to find opportunity for sponsorship and collaboration to create a synergistic relationship or organizing programs that is mutually beneficial 10. Communicate with government bodies to ensure every outlet\xe2\x80\x99s operation and activities meet the current legal requirement imposed by the respected bodies 11. Execute any plan related to continuous improvement towards achieving goals and objectives 12.
