Job Qualification:
Degree /Diploma in any field or its equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience relating to services or hospitality.
Required language: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Aggressive, team player, and can work independently.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
Job Scopes:
Responsible for overall operations including revenue and cost management, people management, and customer service management.
Conducting on-site visits to the centre.
Review, filter and advise the centre\'s principals with their FaceBook page posting content.
Participating in company projects or events (exhibition, concert, graduation, etc) assigned by HOD
Understand customers\' needs and built strong relations with key accounts.
To provide the highest level of hospitality and quality services.
Passion for continuous learning and self-development
Lead a team of staff. Work as a team and manage the team.
Responsible for sales and profitability of the outlet.
Any other task assigned by HOD.
