Assist in maintaining the overall security projects as stipulated in the letter of offer.
Develop local law enforcement/Government contacts to support special security operations.
Conduct regular security quality control checks on all security project tasks.
Oversee and be overall accountable for all security operations, and quality of services, and provide training to security personnel on a regular basis.
To teach and implement security procedures/policies as required.
Enforce security SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and instill discipline amongst security personnel and take the appropriate action if any personnel are in violation of company policies/procedures.
Conduct investigations as required.
Maintain good relations with the local authorities and IGS clients.
Provide briefs to the IGS Executive Management Team as requested.
