Job Responsibilities To oversee all the hotel entire operation including receptionist, housekeeping, human resources, Pest Control, facilities Hotel License, security, public relations, CCTV Audit, and etc Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve guest service. Handle and resolve management/operation problems in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times. To maintain hotel standards towards guest satisfaction, providing high standard services, quality assurance and asset enhancement. Marketing and promotion of hotel rooms. Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Management. Job Requirement At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services, or equivalent. Responsibility and hardworking with ability to multitask, effective team player and dedicated with high sense of integrity. Demonstrated ability to manage people. Mature and able to work independently. Proven ability to handle stress and crisis. Willing to work at Selangor area Hotel.
