To support superior in managing day to day security operation
Maintain working relationship with clients and ensuring the service provided is high quality and professional standard
To manage and responsible for effectiveness of all security personnel on daily security operation (e.g. access control, perimeter patrol, warehouse security, CCTV management, movement of goods & loss prevention activities)
Assign suitable Officer-in-charge and ensuring the number of guards deployed at security locations is in accordance to their client manpower requirements
Plan and conduct recruitment to meet any shortfall of guards and to cater for expansion and new guard assignments
To prevent any security breach and to conduct investigation of any abnormalities within the client premises and prepare incident report
To ensure all security equipment\'s are working condition and take immediate counter measure on any faulty
Responsible for the external and internal security audit compliance conducted by the company
To conduct roll call and train the guard to make sure the guards understand their duties and follow the SOP at all times.
To supervise the Security Team and to plan, organize and report on daily duties and routine to protect the client and company properties
Responsible to ensure all security personnel are equipped and physically/mentally fit for the duties assigned
To conduct other general security and ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Must be willing to work on site
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably from security industry for this position
Preferably past experience specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services
Able to conduct investigation work, document security process and procedures
Must be independent with strong willingness to learn
Fresh Graduate with degree are encourage to apply
