Job Scope \xc2\xb7 To coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers on operation needs. \xc2\xb7 Pre-plan operation and daily prioritized work schedule to execute operation in a timely and effective manner. \xc2\xb7 To monitor operational activities of both internal operation team and external service provider to ensure smooth and productive day-to-day operation. \xc2\xb7 To ensure smooth and timely delivery of client orders. \xc2\xb7 To monitor product inspection or quality check of purchased products and take action of any faulty or inconsistencies immediately. \xc2\xb7 To ensure inventory stock check is performed regularly to prepare report to management or when asked for. Ensure data in Warehouse & Inventory Management System is up to date. \xc2\xb7 To monitor stock movements, emergency stock levels and prepare replenish of stocks orders report where needed. \xc2\xb7 To communicate with upper management to develop strategic operational goals. \xc2\xb7 To monitor daily work progress report and follow-up activities report to effectively meet operational goals. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to support the Head of Department at all times in regards to the operations stability and to perform ad-hoc operation jobs and tasks whenever required by the management team. Responsibility & Accountability \xc2\xb7 To ensure all operation needs are met in a cost effective and productive manner. \xc2\xb7 To ensure service are delivered to clients within stipulated date with controlled quality. \xc2\xb7 To ensure all records related to purchases and shipments are accurately updated. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and possess positive working attitude. \xc2\xb7 Good time management skills. Qualification Required \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Diploma in any related field. \xc2\xb7 At least 2-3 year working experience in related field. \xc2\xb7 Written and spoken language proficiency in Malay, English and Arabic \xc2\xb7 Able to understand and communicate fluently in Arabic is an advantage \xc2\xb7 Computer literate. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
