Job Scope \xc2\xb7 To execute the instruction received from operation lead on Job Master list, make necessary record after execution and make sure all record is up to date. \xc2\xb7 To handle the complete job documentation and update on the Job Master list for any shipping operations including shipping related documents and etc. \xc2\xb7 To compile and checking Petty Cash report and supporting document from Operation Assistant for update on Job Master list before submit to HOD (if required). \xc2\xb7 To checking and verify the work permit document from Operation Assistant before submission to Immigration Department \xc2\xb7 To checking and verify the SDPX system from Operation Assistant before submission to Marine Department \xc2\xb7 To checking and verify the any related to shipping and forwarding operations \xc2\xb7 To ensure appropriate coordination between land, marine, and air operations crews in different locations and provide appropriate support to facilitate operations. \xc2\xb7 Seek innovative ways to improve service and cost, which will include both technological and process improvements. \xc2\xb7 Administrative duties (Attending to email corresponding and phone calls, etc.) \xc2\xb7 To checking and ensure all the complete job operation has been billing. \xc2\xb7 To checking and ensure all the invoice detail and supporting in place before submit to HOD. \xc2\xb7 To Submit the Job Master list with complete cost and Invoice detail to Operation lead. \xc2\xb7 To give instruction to operation assistant for any job or task given. \xc2\xb7 To follow up with Operation assistant for daily report / work permit tracker. \xc2\xb7 Any other duty as assigned by HOD or Management. Qualification Required \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma / Degree holder \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3-year(s) experience in operation or in similar position. \xc2\xb7 Computer literate. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month Benefits:
