Operation Executive

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and smooth process. This role requires excellent communication skills , problem-solving abilities and strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management. :
- Manage fulfillment (warehouse)
- Inventory control and stock count
- Quarterly internal stock count and twice in a year for external stock count
- Generate stock count for customer\'s review
- Manage the logistic requirements for customers as & when needed
- Manage the supplies for inventory ( boxes, flyers, bubble wrap, stickers , printer materials, and etc )
- Manage the supply request from global and regional . Place the orders and ensure i is delivered to the destination
- Provide support for FRDM for clearance ( back up)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
- Able to communicate with all level of customers.
- Must be able to attend customer\'s concern and be able to coordinate with OPS support.
- Must understand network checkpoint requirement and be able to update on timely manner.
- Checkpoint update and integrity is crucial - checkpoint update
