We are looking for a Operation Executive who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things: CommITted \xc2\xb7 Connected \xc2\xb7 Converged! As a Operation Executive, you will have a chance to:

• Facilitate sharing of reports and sales data between sales, marketing, and other departments
• Control the inventory, perform closing stock analysis, manage transfer and/or reallocation of stocks while determining and creating stock data/ list in the system
• Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality and determine the best choices including sourcing and liaising with new distribution when required
• Issue and prepare documentation; delivery order (DO), invoices, manual DO to be sent to customers through various channels
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and partners

We are looking for an individual with:

• Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree of Business Administration/ Finance or relevant field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in Operations or similar positions
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
