Job Description
- Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language: English (Able to command in Mandarin would be an advantage)
- Able to Travel Outstation when required
- Self-starter and ability to work independently without a high amount of direction in dynamic organisation
- Good attitude, passionate, energetic and customer oriented
- Enthusiastic towards the achievement of goals
- Able to perform strategic planning, organising and provide proven sales track record focusing on growth achievement
- Good interpersonal skill, communication and customer service skill
- Conduct market research to identity selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Collaborate with operation team to achieve better results
- Build relationships and trust with customer
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen their wishes and services
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with company teams
- To provide excellently and follow up services towards potential customer
- Actively individual and teams sales goals
- Salary package: Basic + Commission ( can earn up to RM5k above per month )
