Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
At least 3-5 years of experience in operations management, with experience managing both leisure/entertainment attractions
Language requirements: Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends, public holidays and shift work.
Should possess a positive working attitude, be hardworking, and responsible.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Park Presentation & Team Performance: Ensure the park is clean, safe, and presentable. Oversee guest service, staff performance, and team satisfaction.
Ride Operations: Manage daily ride operations, achieve performance goals, and maintain high guest service standards.
Daily Operations: Coordinate pre-opening, operation, and closing procedures, ensuring adequate staffing and readiness. Communicate any operational, maintenance, or safety issues to management.
Staff Training: Provide job-specific training and continuous development for both new and existing staff.
Policies & Procedures: Enforce company policies, safety standards, and update operational manuals as needed. Address staff performance issues.
Administrative Tasks: Complete and maintain daily reports, inspection checklists, incident logs, and monthly rosters. Submit and follow up on maintenance requests.
Safety Accountability: Ensure all rides follow the highest safety standards. Promote a safety-first mindset across the team.
Operational Updates: Regularly report operational issues and support the planning of park operations.
Customer Feedback: Assist in customer survey programs to enhance service quality.
Performance Tracking: Monitor ride performance, track downtime, and compile data for analysis.
